Early Learning Academy sets out to be forward looking in how education, specifically, education should be carried out.
Gone are the traditional models and boundaries. Gone are the brick and mortar schools.
Instead, ELA hopes to herald the best classroom teaching methods and have them be shared throughout Singapore, Asia Pacific region and also the rest of the world.
Education is one of the most important keys in transforming the world that we live in. If we hold any ambition in eliminating poverty, gender inequality, creating a sustainable way of life or just improve the quality of life all around, education is what we need to invest in.
ELA is a Singapore-based education consulting group comprising highly experienced education policy-makers, practitioners and trainers who between them cover the whole spectrum from early-childhood education, primary, secondary and tertiary. All of us have international consulting experience. In particular, we have worked in Asia in education reform, teacher preparation and professional development.
